1 — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with AscendRN Premium within 7 days of your initial purchase we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
To request a refund within 7 days email admin@ascendrn.netwith subject “Refund Request” and include your account email address. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
2 — Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Settings page. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full Premium access until then. No partial refunds for unused time after the 7-day guarantee window.
3 — Institutional Plans
Institutional subscriptions are governed by the signed agreement between your facility and S&C Digital Management LLC. Contact admin@ascendrn.net for institutional billing questions.
4 — Free Tier
The free tier of AscendRN including all veteran-centered care content is always free. No payment is ever required for free tier access.
